Qualified Schedule

This schedule is unique to Life companies, and offers a location to enter qualified premiums and qualified dividends. If there is no special treatment for qualified premiums or dividends for a state, entries made here will not be used but will be included in the total row at the bottom of the schedule. When a state has specified special treatment for qualified premiums and/or dividends, this data will be used in the calculations for that state.
